I've happily posted pics before and said quite a bit about myself but I never thought it would get to the point people would use it against others.

It's part of the reason I wasn't (and still not) sure whether I want to post here long term. I always felt there was an element of 'trust'- relatively of course - on here in that we always argued but with serious posts people would rally round together with advice (even with posters who don't get on). Also think we had underwritten rules so to speak that we all knew and stopped this being another GC.

It's hard to enjoy posting here properly if you've got to be constantly be careful about what you post or pissing off people who will impact your personal life.

Best example for me is, and no names, that a few posters on here have seen a photo of my 3 year old lad and one of those had some involvement in the hiag thing so how do i know that they won't use that against me if we fall out?

You've seen pics of me, my daughter and my wife. I would trust you with those pics regardless of what happened with HIAG. The reason being is that I have no reason to fall out with you or anybody. I don't agree with HIAG's pics getting posted and I've been over that, but whilst there's no justification for what happened with his pics, there was a context as to why they surfaced and that was because HIAG was trying to spin a load of bullshit to put other people down. I've got no intention to post people's personal pics on here and I never would. I regret what happened with Sucky and I've apologised to HIAG for my part in that.

 

I don't see it as a nasty board with any real malicious. For all the bravado, there is a good bunch of lads on here.

 

Okay this is me...

 

You don't ...at least you can't be sure... but at the same time you haven't dissed everybody else's kids as being somehow inferior to yours or rubbed your kids 'achievements' and prospects in certain individuals faces to the point of nausea ... as such, I doubt you'll find anybody wanting to teach you a bit of a life lesson that might be as extreme as exposing any exaggerations you may have made about your kid. Just my take of course.

I agree with a lot of that and know that you apologised to hiag and for what it's worth I genuinely feel you regret it, like you said you can't force him to accept it and it's up to him but you've done what you can.

You're right to trust me about pics of you I've seen and I would never break that... id always thought similarly with you and tbh, deep down still don't think you would but you surely understand why there's that element of doubt?

Agreed up until recently, you're spot on that there's a lot of good lads here and although hectic it never crossed any lines. Recently though it's got way too personal and spiteful, and I think it's probably beyond repair now as there's too many divisions that won't fully heal imo.

 

Like Skiddy reguarly calling her ugly, fat etc. sometimes with no provocation you mean?
