I like Hendo, glad to see him doing well. Won't become world class, but definitely a solid midfielder.

I like Henderson as well, for the sake of the North East I do hope he twatted that ego merchant, flop of a footballer, as hard as my left knacker Balotelli in the dressing room afterwards though..<ok>

He comes across as a very hardworking, grounded lad. Enjoyed seeing him at wembley in his hoodie! Ain't forgotten his roots.

Credit to him and his folks for going about his life in the right way. I hope he has lots of success, despite not being a 'true natural'.

My wife and i went to watch the england u21s about five years ago ,all the expectation was about wiltshire from the gunners ,jordan ran the game from start to finish ,this was against Romania u21s ,all the talk was about him from people coming away from the game ,he was outstanding.

From the few full games I have watched he is much more assertive when Gerrard aint around.

He always seems to be in the thick of the action, he needs to start scoring more goals though. Taking penalties might help!

I'd like to have seen him show a bit of backbone when Balotelli took the ball out of his hands to take that penalty last week!
