Harper to Carlisle?

    On the BBC Sport gossip column, it says Harper could leave us to go and manage Carlisle United. Obviously I think it's a non-starter but just wondering if anyone else has heard this?

    Heard a rumour about it but doubt there's anything in it if harper was asking ben arfa for lifts to training <laugh>

    And this is his last year of playing, why cut it short?

    Though he won't have to, as Harper isn't going to be offered the Carlisle job.

    We'd have a job recalling Oxley, FIFA would have to sanction it as they count international loans as full transfers (which created the Watford issue) and we're out of the window, and as we don't have any money left to bribe them it won't happen.

    There are, you usually get granted dispensation by the FA if you're left short. Problem is this one would be international so not being a big club we'd need to slip Sepp something extra. ;)
