Great win yesterday, but i think we'll all agree there's still a lot of hard work to be done. Jones and Bellamy provided the goals but Zaha provided the spark that undoubtedly motivated the Bluebirds yesterday. I wouldn't be surprised to see Whittingham on the subs bench next week? Would like to see the defence tighten up and stop making the mistakes that could have lost us the match. Thankfully we have a great keeper in Marshall. Having said that i am really looking forward to us beating the jacks on their council owned turf next Saturday.

Agree about Fabio. Enthusiasm going forward but his main duty is defence - he looked a bit dodgy in his positioning on times. Noone didn't help a lot but then that's not his game either.

It's a question of balance on each side. If you look at the left side after Zaha came on, John had a hard time. Zaha is in no way defensively minded and John needed Turner to help out a number of times.

We had quite a bit of pace on the field yesterday, and that made it a "keep up at the back " kind of thing.
Unbalanced all over the place, yes, thats true, but it's never easy when you throw one new player into the mix, we threw on 3 and it put the defense, well it put them on the defense!

Lots of messy stuff happening in our penalty area, times when we got the ball only to to give it right back to them because nobody knew what to do with it.
Attack sorted out to a good degree, now to get the rest playing as a team with an understanding of each other.
