    I've always wanted a proper sequel so as long as all the original components are in place it should be great.

    I'm a fan of Jim Carrey but have to say that Dumb & Dumber is simply not funny.

    It's moronic teenage fodder.

    He's clearly running short of ideas as he has only done one other sequel - Ace Ventura - but then that character did launch his movie career.

    Perhaps he needs a 'Blockbuster' to finance future projects?
