Lol... that would be funny if true. I thought Button was the mature one. :p

This is a move that always seemed like a good fit and one that I could see Hamilton making at some point. It's a big challenge and I think it's going to be interesting to see how it pans out.

McLaren left with a bit of egg on their faces here?

Given that it was Prost who moved teams the analogy falls a little flat doesn't it?

Depends what qualities you consider Prost like though.

True. I'd definitely consider Button and Hamilton just as incompatible as Prost and Senna were.

So, either Lewis becomes a legend like Schuey and builds a legacy for years to come as a multiple world champion....

    or

he goes down the same route as JV?

    Time will tell!

....with his manager Sabine Kehm having been seen in talks with team management at last weekend's Singapore Grand Prix.

Just seen this right at the bottom of Bright's source (Autosport).

So it looks like Mercedes bailed on Michael because they couldn't afford losing out when the driver Market closes.

Good on them, Hamilton is a great driver, no doubt.

I think this is a silly mistake by Lewis and i wonder how much has been precipitated by his management team, after all Simon Fuller is only interested in money. You only have to look at how much he earned out of S club 7 and how much they earned to realise what a greedy banker he is.

i hope i'm wrong and Lewis ends up as champion with Mercedes, but i only see this as a money/management decision. After all who was it the other week that said Mercedes only have to have Board meeting and 5 minutes later they could be out of F1, whereas Mclaren.....
