Not being funny here but this could be what we need. Gyan has been pap at the moment, unfit, lack lustred & clearly has lost his edge. Remember when him at Villa has his head turned, up step Danny Welbeck and Him at Villa wasn't missed too much.

If Gyan see's that unless he pulls his finger out and up's his game he's not going to get that move he's looking for and let's not kid ourselves here, he wants to leave. How do I know this, because every time his name is mentioned with another club his response is I'm flattered. Anyway, unless Gyan get's back to his best he's going nowhere. Win win....!!!

He'll be gone in the Jan transfer window.

i am flattered whenever another company expresses their interest in me, even though I have no interest in leaving my current company.

Gyan is lacking a cutting edge atm, but he isnt lack lustered imo.

Hope hes not out, anyone who thinks our midfield with Bendtner up top alone will get anything against Chelsea is having a laugh.

We need to try out Gyan & Bendtner together so I hope Asa is fit. Funny how a few average games and suddenly Gyan is Average and lazy bla bla bla, get a grip man hes a Sunderland player and our main man and should get our full support.

I agree with every single word of this. I struggle to see how we can make a threatening team without Gyan. It's such a shame to see Gyan fall so low in the estimations of so many Sunderland fans. For me, Gyan is our best player. The absolute ****e football we've been playing, i'm not surprised he's not firing on all cylinders. We should be trying to play better football and getting him back onside, rather than alienating him.

IBWT - I sort of echo your sentiments - except that we have put the ball in the right place in 3 games so far and Gyan has failed to look like he will get on the end of it - it must have flashed across for a goalscorer about 15 times in the first half against the mags but we had no-one on the end of it (and no-one willing to get on the end of it) he hasn't looked like scoring so far - I believe this mnay be down to match fitness and sharpness rather than anything (hope).

If we play Bendtner and Sessegnon in behind then I believe that may be a good partnership - or if we play gyan and Bendtner it'll be good - either way I think there'll be chances - just hope someone can get on the end of them

Well according to the match preview on the BBC website Gyan is out cause he pulled a hamstring in the friendly against Brazil, Clever that as he wasnt even playing in that game as he was injured.
Whether hes fit or not we will have to wait and see, but I think him and Bendtner can hit it off given time together.
