Mannone at the present as he's played more games and clean sheets, also doesn't take out opposition strikers for no reason

By time mannone gets back to full fitness I expect guzan to be nearing the end of his loan so would be mannone. Seems to be pretty much the end of duke, he is a really nice guy but unfortunately not good enough for first team

strange about Duke really as i don't think he's all that bad as a goalkeeper. I remember Fulham away 1st season in the prem he had a blinder. It's just ashame that he thinks his job to kick the ball to the oppositions goalkeeper everytime he gets the ball.

I do prefer mannone he's so agile. I like that. Guzan looks like he's just ate Zayatte for breakfast!

Mannone edges it for me with the added fact he's younger and slighty mad

Mannone is an absolute quality 'keeper, streets ahead of Duke and as mark2112 says, he doesn't give random penalty away.

In fact, he saves them instead!

Mannone. I think he is better in every way. However I think we would have more of a chance of signing Guzan at the end of the season.

But I was thinking that it would be easy to get Mannone on loan all next season. Arsenal have loads of Keepers and he is too good to sit on the bench.

I think they're both good keepers but I would go for Mannone. He seems to have more of a presence than Guzan. I feel a lot more comfortable with him at the back!

I agree Mannone, although I hope his flap against Reading was a blip and not a return to the form he showed when playing for Barnsley.

good deal, mannone's the better keeper though, if we manage to get promoted we'll loan him again, otherwise itll be a permanent or no chance i reckon.

I thought Guzan would have been worth a cheeky bid this window and hopefully get Mannone at the end of the season, allowing Duke to leave to find first team football.

    Mannone

I'd still say Guzan's better than Myhill but Vito for me is a class act

Shay Given is having a medical at Villa.
Puts Guzan further down the pecking order.

Yes. The problem with Guzan is that his work visa runs out next summer and unless he gets more USA games in he wont get another. Villa want a fee for him. Last rumour had Guzan as a make-eight for Ben Foster @ Birmingham.

But maybe also Guzan wants to much dosh. IMO, it would only be a season long loan deal that would interest AP.

I'd hardly call it 'further' considering Friedel left. He was second choice at the end of the season, and after the signing of Given he will continue to be second choice.
