Its being reported that were close to signing Joanthan Greening from Fulham. I think this would be a decent signing as it would bolster our midfield. Fee is being reported around 600k, thoughts?
Fulham fan in peace. Greening is one of those that I don't mind leaving and I wouldn't have minded staying. He did a decent job as a back-up in centre midfield for most of his two years with us, and astonished everyone with some really good displays in his old position on the left wing towards the end of last season. I think he'll do well for you, and I hope that he does. Some Fulham fans were against us signing him when it happened, but he's won a lot of the doubters round. I think we can better use his wages elsewhere in the team, but as I say, I wouldn't have minded him staying on with us. Good luck for next season.
Think he will do a good job for you guys, we was linked to him in January time on loan and would have liked to have seen him here but nothing ever happened unfortunately
Cheers for the honest assessment Captain, I'm hoping that he won't find the championship to much of a struggle after the premiership, although it does tend to be a bit more physical down here!
