I agree with you Super. Let's stop knocking Green for not doing the things he's not naturally good at and free him to do what he does best. That might also allow Wagstaff to get in the team in a free role behind BWP and kermo. The Left wing duties are pretty much Wiggins's bailiwick anyway. We would need to rest jacko and Hollands to permkt this, but on current form that wouldn't be much of a loss!

Abandon his defensive duties I think he does that already to be honest.

if green just stopped thinking he was better than he actually is he`d be fine....his mental attitude needs to change,he isnt Beckham or have any hope of being a top flight player he`s league 1 or champs at a push end of.

CP thinks its quite the opposite, MT. He spoke about how Green has struggled with playing for a "big team within the division", and the facilities the club has at it's disposal. Green has played in lower leagues where the expectations haven't been the same.

Sounds like Powell was optimistic he'll burst out of his shell soon.

I'd put them at even stevens, hence the nature of this thread.

    Both can score goals

    Green can cross it

    Wagstaff works well with Solly

Interesting that they're now neck and neck on the poll.

Super, when did CP say those comments? I remember hearing about it, but haven't read it anywhere.

At the Bromley addicks meeting. Sounds like a good, humble lad who just needs a bit more confidence.

Ahh I suppose that's why I haven't read it anywhere then, cheers <ok>

Personally I don't think Green ever seems cocky. He's confident in his own crossing ability but he's far from cocky. Perhaps its just a reference to his Beckham-esque looks <laugh>

I like that little bit of Arrogance Green exudes - I just wish he'd back it up more consistently...

Still sick of the sight of Waggy. When's his contract up?

I kow it's difficult to tell through text (Although I have used century gothic as the font to try and alleviate that as personally in my opinion it is the saddest of the fonts available because it's like gothic and old like and just looks thin and sombre) but I'm very upset that I've managed to upset the only Girl on not606... I'm lovely really. :emoticon-0115-inlov:emoticon-0129-call:

Not much between them, either are Champ players at the moment.

I find Green very frustrating. Don't like him and Stephens in the same midfield.

Wagstaff isn't a typical winger. That's good or bad depending on type of game, way we're playing etc

Wagstaff had a very good game today, I'm not his biggest fan. He tends to be in consistent, my only slight criticism would be that he struggled to get in crosses. But I did noticed how good he is at tracking back and that is something Green can improve on.

Got the chance to sit in on his interview after the game and he remembered me from the beginning of the season when I briefly spoken to him about Fifa, was nice to get a chance to wish him a happy birthday. Only 22 so still learning, if he played like he did today all the time he would keep Green on the bench.
