I don't think that we've left it too late to sign a replacement, though this has been one of my concerns. I wonder if we're looking at this the wrong way around. Have we someone in mind and maybe Laudrup has told DG the new guy is coming in anyway? That may be the problem because he'd be further down the pecking order. That would definitely make him unhappy, as reported. I've said on the Sunderland board he'd be mad to go there because he'd have an uphill task winning them over. Who would want that on top of struggling to settle in at a new club?
