    Although as i stated earlier the player is in IRELAND, he has been charged with assault in relation to an incident in Queen st in Glasgow's city center

    I read somewhere he didn't have to appear due to the charge being not as serious as others involved in the alleged incident?

    Is he still on bail for the alleged rape? Do we really need someone who's a bit wild and crazy given the negative feedback from posters regarding Marlon King when it was a possibility he would come to the bluebirds.

    The assault hearing was posponed, so he didn't have to appear until next week.
    The rape charge he is still on bail for, but he has been formally charged. That is a Crown court hearing - minimum. Or I think in Scotland a Sherriff's court. Still deep ****.

    Don't agree with the "no smoke without fire" attitude of society and football fans. Might just be a bit hotheaded a la Bellers. A rape charge is something else mind. Does anyone know any of the specifics there?

    This guy is undoubtedly a gifted footballer, but with more and more skeletons coming out of the cupboard, well his attitude has to come under question...........OK innocent until proven guilty, I'd say take a punt on the guy as a freebie and give him the benefit of the doubt, but a hell of a gamble with a lump of transfer money, going off the idea TBH, at least for a big fee (by our standards)

    I'm pretty ambivalent towards his signing Proph. Sure we'll we'll weigh everything up and make a decision. Just thinking maybe it could be big fish in small pond, kiss and tell... Only playing devil's advocate, no F all about what he's like.

    Prphet, surely the City back room boys will have looked into these chares before agreeing to part with the dosh. Maybe there is a buy back clause for Dundee if he goes to jail.
