Shocking today, that game was like watching paint dry. Didn't seem like anyone on the park apart from McGeady and Stokes were interested in playing.

The main bonus today was seeing a bit of fight in the team. Under Mowbray that was definitely a defeat.

I thought Rasmussen made a difference when he came on. Big Fortune couldn't hit a coo's arse with a banjo most of the time, he's never a striker him.

If Rangers can get a win and a draw in their next 2 games they can lift the trophy at Parkhead <whistle>

We didn't play well, but at least we kept trying - the first time I've seen Celtic look as if they really wanted a victory in a while. They certainly seemed more interested than they did against Ross County. Neil Lennon was out on that touchline the whole time rallying the crowd and the troops and was ****in delighted at full time, nice to see that again. If Lennon wins his next league game now he will have had 4 wins in a row, something Mowbray never managed all season.

And anyway, this is the poorest Celtic team in about 15 years (certainly poorest season since Barnes) - shows how frail Rangers truly are if we are managing to take this league half way through the split despite being attrocious.

Totally agree Mick. Think that's 4 league games on the trot now isn't it? Killie, Hibs, Motherwell, Hibs.

Lennon has managed in his first four league games what Mowbray couldn't manage in 30. Shocking really.

I'm not that down on the squad as a whole. It was the attitude that worried me; players who didn't seem interested and Mowbray was incapable of rallying the new boys, it seems like Lennon, at least, has put a bit of fight into them.

Like you say it was good to see a manager on the touchline trying to get the fans (what little there were) involved.

Some statistic considering the amount of bullshit Mowbray came out with about five years plans. Imagine five years of that ****e.

The performance wasn't pretty today but at least it was battling. Once you've got a team winning regularly then the good football can be played by the flair players. Mowbray tried to come in a change the tactics of a team that's had the same manager for four years. I'm still not convinced Lennon has the experience to be a full-time Celtic manager but if they can't get anyone of real quality in then I don't see any reason not to give him a chance.

At the end of the day the likes of Pardew and Dave Jones aren't that great and at least Lennon knows the players and has a good relationship with the board and the fans.

Beating Dundee United away will be a real test next week because they'll be right up for it. That game and the Rangers game will tell if he gets the job or not.

Oh, aye forgot that after the game one of the Celtic fans on here was saying that he "Heard from a source at Celtic Park that Dermot Desmond wanted Jose Mourinho" <laugh>

I want to have a drug-fuelled sex orgy with Scarlett Johansson and Zooey Deschanel but it's not likely to happen. ****ing half-wit.
