I've changed my mind. I really like John Ward. He's a decent bloke and he saved us from relegation last year. Further back we had good times with him at Twerton. BUT......we've had so many poor performances this season that his time must be up. I think the players are putting in the effort. In the past I've watched Rovers and seen players not giving 100%. These are, so it must be that either they are just not that good; or there's something wrong with selection and tactics. Time and time again this season teams have come to the Mem and looked more comfortable on the ball, and more likely to score. We are predictable and pose little threat up front. We need to see what Clarke and/or Stewart can do. I don't think we'll go down under Ward, but I can't see us progressing either. I hope I'm wrong, but at the moment Ward looks like yesterday's man.
