My first chance to watch the gills this season.Had a bit of trouble working out who was who but good to see some of the old faces. Thought Birchal Frampton and weston looked good and rooney was, as always, commited .Not too much to shout about,typical friendly.Dont like to be negative but dont think oli and payne are up to it and and think the young goalie needs to up his training schedule.Slight worry seeing rooney limp out of the ground on to the coach,said it was his ankle.good day out.
