Just a reminder re the content on our community board. There are many Gills forums that offer different levels of moderation and content. It has always been considered that the members of this Gills community would prefer no swearing. Obviously I cannot moderate everything, hence the site also offers a swear filter. Until i am available to moderate offending comments and also even remind myself of the rules sometimes in regards to members preferences. However, last night the goal posts moved slightly, swearing got turned off from the site and the filter option got removed. Why? Goggle Ads banned us! We need this revenue to pay for our free usage of the site. I'm not going to name other companies here but basically the internet is no longer an unregulated place. Now the ban has been lifted and we have been given the all clear, the filter can be reapplied. However, just a polite reminder, it has always been the general consensus of our board that it is a no swearing environment. Thanks
