We obviously don't have pull in Europe at the moment. I know Platini gets along with SAF but his hatred of all English trumps all. Will be good to have Gill up there representing English interests and hopefully balance the playing field.
Also with the Chelski fluke last season, they had motivation to sort out all English clubs this season. The Chavs really hurt them hard.

Seriously suggesting that there is a conspiracy in UEFA against English teams which results in decisions against them in matches?? Don't buy that at all. What would they stand to gain from it? The UEFA team of the year thing is a joke and they obv have some love in with real and barcelona but saying that the refs a crooked is a whole other level
