Feeeling pretty angry today. Firstly I find out that my Nurse Registration fee is increased to £120 per year.

Then Shawcross is snubbed again by Roy. You may say let it go, but I can't!

I've already complained about the NMC rise and had a formulaic response from them. I feel like I want to complain about Roy, and Ryans exclusion, but there is no way to complain, so I'll bitch about it on here.

It's an absolute disgrace Zoz, your nursing registration increase and Ryan's omission from the England squad. I was hoping he would at least make the squad. What does he have to do, he was man of the match vs Citeh and he again was excellent on Monday night. Instead Nat Clyne gets in. Of course he is a saint, isn't he, which explains it all. I am now of the opinion that his England career is over, certainly while Hodgson is in charge. I would like to ask 'Woy' if he knows where the Britannia Stadium is, or even Stoke-on-Trent. I have no interest in the England team any more.

Never had/have the slightest interest in England.
Hodgson is an overrated never was been.

Should have been sacked after the world cup fiasco.

I agree that it makes England less interesting to watch. I am astonished that Roy has not even responded to all the media calls after his last omission, to explain to Shawcross at least why he hasn't been called up. Ignorant tool.

I rate Shawcross, I understand entirely where you're coming from. We've got gripe over the DM squad places. Woy won't even come and see Cattermole let alone consider him.

The whole England set up is a Joke, we risk losing our better English players so they can pursue an international career.

Does Woy get to many of your games? He's been to one Sunderland game since he got the job. We start most games with 6 Englishman in the starting line up.

Zoz I know it tough for Nurses, my youngest is at B.C.H. An absolute joke if you ask me. Still moving onto Ryan, sadly I don't think he will get another call up. England's loss. As for my opinions on Woy, don't even get me started.
Slated at West Be on for being so negative says it all.

To my knowledge, Roy has never been to Stoke but the fa say that a scout is at every game. I'm not sure what the heck they're watching because it cannot be the games I'm seeing. I think Shawcross has a defensive presence that few of those called up have.

Re being a nurse; I'm not saying I'm paid badly but we've had a pay freeze and an increase in pension contributions and a rise from £73 per year membership to £120. I just find it galling. My colleagues are equally incensed.

He said no to Wales, even before Ramsey had a little cry and spat his dummy out. (I really am pissy tonight)

I guess we can only wish for the next qualifiers.... :headbang: :headbang: :headbang:

Can't believe Chambers is making his England debut simply because he played a couple of games for Arsenal (and admittedly, they were not star performances!)

I can not put into words how much Woy annoys me, he always overlooks good players to just choose players who played 2 games well, rather than choosing players who play CONSISTENTLY WELL :steam:

Although Shawcross has been statistically the best English CB, I still feel that it will be a while before we see Ryan in an England shirt again, either that or him in the shirt of another team.

Maybe the injury of Stones (who is out for about 14 weeks) will give a boost to Shawcross' attempt to get (not earn as he has already earned it, just not been given it)
I feel bad for saying that we can use Stones' injury as a springboard for Shawcross' chances but it is true.

Still extremely infuriated by Woy and the reasons some people down here say that he should be given one, I will not say as you will be bouncing off the walls due to their stupidity!

Rant over, hope we can win tonight if we can't beat San Marino significantly then we can't beat anyone!

I'll be watching but just because if I don't, my husband will use the opportunity to say that I don't really like football. He'll then moan even more when I want to watch a game.
My ploy is, watch a bit, let him moan and then 'give in' and agree to watch something else :)

I do get a bee in my bonnet about things sometimes, occasionally this is inappropriate. On this occasion though I think Roy is very wrong. He has never been to Stoke. To my knowledge he has never said to Ryan what he needs to improve in his game to get the call up. I'm still of the opinion that Arsen Wenger has something to do with it.

I imagine that when Roy visits Manchester he makes a massive detour through west Wales to completely avoid Stoke, just in case he gets lost and ends up at the Brit!

Still pissy it turns out. Anyway, now to annoy my husband with football :)

It is impossible to have a proper conversation with someone from down here about football, only having reasonable conversations with the Stevenfage faithful as most of the people from here are Arsenal and Chelsea fans who always bring up Shawcross and Ramsey or Walters scoring 2 own goals and missing a penalty... and yet when i said that the is statistically better than the other CBs they just brought Ramsey up again...

Like talking to a brick wall, must be what it is like to suggest something to Roy

I live just outside of Dunstable TH97...same old deadbeats, a mix of Arsenal, Man Utd and for some reason mainly Liverpool.
So I use the Old Dunstablians Rugby Clubhouse as my local.

Zoz...who wears the Stoke shirt in your house ?
