Of all those, I have only been to Bolton, Swansea, Cardiff and Wembley new ones. New stadiums are just not that good.
It was but the York one was the similar sounding Bootham Crescent. I stayed in a B&B on the road 20 odd years ago and when I booked it had the feeling the name was familiar to me. The lady wasn't as enamoured when it was manic around the street on what was an otherwise lovely sunny stroll into York (nice city) on our first ever trip away.
