I didnt realise that he got sacked from Oxford back in July! The Oxford manager at the time walked out on them to join our relegation rivals Northampton. Oxford at the time was favourites to get into the play offs. Then Waddock came in at Oxford and royally cocked it all up and Oxford failed to make the play offs. He even lost against a few of our relegation rivals which could have helped us! He was a good player for us but I wouldnt want him as a manager.
