Is a ****e centre back and shouldn't have even been playing for Bolton.

Zlatan turned Ryan Shawcross in the same way that 33-year-old Kenny Miller of Glasgow Rangers' fame turned dear old Gary.
Cahill had been playing for 50 minutes when this happened, but Shawcross had only just come on when he was beaten.

He's got ****e positioning and over commits all the time but tackles like superman and can score goals with his feet.

I think Shawcross deserves another chance.

    That is all

I agree mate he should get another chance, however I think the more worrying player is Joe Hart who I personally think is massively overrated, he made so many mistakes the past 2 seasons and his **** form seems set to continue. There are many good English keepers out there but again as always because Hart plays for a top 4 club he will never be considered to get dropped. Hodgson has no ****ing backbone and this is why I didnt want him as England manager. Oh and while im on the subject of England Rooney wouldnt be anywhere near my first 11, he has had it!!!!, he looks 40 years old and plays like a 40 year old yet we seem to build the team around him (again because of PAST reputation and the team he plays for), get Sturridge and Defoe upfront and watch the goals fly in.

Rant over and I must say I feel much better

Agreed Cahill is now over rated since going to Chelski. First goal was awful defending. Who headed the ball into a dangerous area on the edge of the box?

    Ryan

The wife said the same thing to me re Cahill and he is massively over rated. Not sure that Ryan is ready yet! But given that Cahill I thought was poor all night, why not?
That is where Ryan is so good. If in doubt HOOF it, at least he clears any danger. The first job of any centre half is it not! Off topic I thought England were average at best, how on earth half that team gets selected is beyond me tbh. Oh and didn't Shawcross get utterly slated for doing what Cahill did!!! Think on Woy next time you play a friendly there are better centre halves out there. Don't we just wish Huth was English!

I wouldn't say Cahill is ****, but there differnce between him and Shawcross (and others) is nowhere near as big as Woy and the media would have everyone believe. It's all about the shirt, same as Phil Jones and Chris Smalling, both got the call up soon as they signed for United, before they'd even kicked a ball in a red shirt.
