Disappointing really, all the lad had to do was prove his fitness; you have to doubt a players commitment if he can't get sharp for a season (assuming he is still injury free of course)

Been with the club since January, if you can't get your fitness sorted after 8 months you are either a, not trying hard enough, b, never going to be fit enough or c, have a deeper underlying issue.

Correct decision to let go. Wish you all the best for the future.

Delighted with this news! I know I am probably unfair and I've said it before but 8 months to get fit? (Baring in mind he was already semi pro!) look at josh Pritchard, he was playing a similar level and there we're no worries about his fitness. Maybe I'm too hard on him but it seems he's taken advantage of Taylor's trust just assuming that he would get a contract because he knew how much Taylor rated him.
