To get to the playoffs a team needs roughly an average of one and a half points per game over the season.
So somewhere around 69 points.

Rovers had 18 points from 22 games. So with 24 games to go, they needed another 51 points. The calculation of the possibilities followed..........

I can't see us dropping many points as long as key players stay fit. Chesterfield are still aiming for the playoffs, so I reckon we're in great shape for tilt at them.
