Wasn't there a question over how far the 93 day loan would take him in the season. He might have had to end his loan and start another to cover us to the play off final (optomism, that's what we want). The ever reliable WoL says: Mackay has meanwhile confirmed Haris Vuckic has completed his initial one-month loan spell with the Bluebirds from Newcastle United. “We are keen for Haris to stay with us for the rest of this season and I will be talking to Alan Pardew this week,” said Mackay http://www.walesonline.co.uk/footba...mierf-league-for-loan-players-91466-30510289/
Breezey, it's called learning from last season's mistakes and being more prudent in where they put their money. They have always backed Malky as shown with the £3m bid for Sordell and other bids for Phillips and Noone. Also recently paid £500k for Kiss. Plus Lawrence in on loan 10 days ago on high wages. Vukciv has had several opportunities and if Malky believes his style doesn't suit us then back he goes and we get someone else in who will add something.
I was browsing the Hull board and they're kicking off about why "they haven't loaned a winger and a striker...." Anyone surplus at this stage is either not good enough or stuck in a squad like Man Cities. I the case of the latter their wages will be right up there and there'll be plenty of sides fighting for them. WOL reckons MM is talking to 5 PL sides about potential loan targets, why he'd be doing that on the morning before the BC game I'm not so sure. http://www.walesonline.co.uk/footba...mierf-league-for-loan-players-91466-30510289/
Sorted out our immediate financial problems signed about 12 players in the summer, had a £3mil bid accepted in January, loaned us CB for the season last year and kept hold of Whitts. Yeah those Malaysians just keep on letting us down...........
11 games left , you could have signed loan players 6 games ago , in that span Cardiff had 4 games in 10 days . How much effect can loaned players have with 11 games left . With all the players loaned last season & all the regulars leaving you , you had to get that many players , how much did they all cost really ?
Who should we loan? Where are all these top end championship players ready to come in on loan and improve on what we have? We've brought in 2 players (one of which was Portsmouth's captain and on about 20k a week) the backing is there, MM is obviously looking, but I've said elsewhere on this site, we aren't that desperate. We have a bench full of players better than what we've seen from Vuckic, if a loan player can improve us fair enough, if not we'll make the playoffs anyway.
On the contrary , I want Malky & his team to do well . But time is running out to bolster the team . 7 points from the last 6 League games with 6 of those points coming from wins against 18th & 22nd place teams , & Bristol had to score both your goals for 3 of those points . If you don't bring in someone else , & it may be to late , you'll be lucky to finish top ten IMO & it ain't what I hope ... Have a good one .
Come on lads he does try to understand football and praises us,but usually includes a backhanded sweep with every comment. Swipe even. please log in to view this image
Is that look on it's face the result of having breezy's hand up it's arse. Don't suppose I'd look impressed either.
Sam brings you up 2 divisions & puts in 20 million , Peter makes sure you don't have to pay it back & the fans sh#t all over them . The Malaysians do sweet f#ck all really & there wonderful .... I guess if you guys are happy , what the heck , it's only your club
Breezey casting his line again showing he really does know f**k all about f**k all. Were it not for the millions the Malaysians have invested since coming to Cardiff we would have done a Pompey/Rangers in 2010 on the back of previous financial mismanagement. As for not paying back, then any Swansea fan, not just Breezey, knows all about that, twice over. The only debt we haven't repaid or are not in the course of repaying is Langstone. That is not due until 2016 and the Malaysians are having due diligence done over the legitmacy of that debt.
I;d be anxious to see exactly what the Malaysians spent on anything that the club's incoming money didn't buy .
I worry for your health Breezey with all this anxiety. Perhaps Aber will send you some of his special relaxing herbal remedy?
