Really looking forward to the match tonight, two teams in good form without any massive pressure so expect to see some good stuff. I can't make it down for midweek games like this unfortunately but will be on TV anticipating a close game. Dempsey and hangeland should be back, though gera and duff are both injured so I expect the team to line up as follows:

    Schwarzer
    Bairdinho Hughes Hangeland Salcido

    Davies Murphy Sidwell Dempsey

    Dembele Zamora

Subs: Stockdale, Kelly, Senderos, Etuhu, Kakuta, Johnson, Gudjohnsen

I'm really feeling confident of a win, largely due to our home form and liverpool's away form. I feel that hughes and hangeland are capable of keeping suarez and carroll (if he plays) at bay. One slight concern is if spearing and lucas manage to get on top of murphy, as they have done so well against other lately. If so we may have to bring on etuhu to try and get these two out the game, or perhaps kakuta or gudjohnsen for a bit more creativity, with maybe dembele dropping back to midfield. However as long as murphy and sidwell manage to dominate lucas and spearing and dictate the game, a win is very possible.

    COYW!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, same as above. I'm expecting a fairly open game. Liverpool probably has more incidentive to win, given its place in the table, but I can't see our boys laying down for them. Fuhlam is confident and on form - should be fun to watch.

I'm hoping we give it a good go, and as has been said it'll be an open game. Could go either way, to be honest.
