@HullCityLive: From BBC: Rumours in Leicester that David Nugent is Forest bound, but only if former striker Matty Fryatt returns to the Foxes. #HCAFC
Surely we wouldn't sell him too Leicester.

If they make a good offer I don't see why not, but I can't see it happening as Forest want Fryatt as well and I'm not sure Leicester would want to sell their best striker to their closest rivals.

I find it very hard to believe.

If Nugent went we'd be looking to reinvest in similar quality. Fryatt wouldn't replace Nugent.

    Nigel :emoticon-0152-heart Fryatt though <rofl>

I would laugh like a drain if you swapped Nugent for Fryup.

As would I if we sign Fryatt for 500k and sold Nugent for 2.5m.

Nugent is a lot better, but not 2m better.

    Nugent wont leave

Were trying to sort a deal out with Wolves involving Kevin Doyle and Martyn Waghorn

And I cant see Fryatt wanting to come back here anyway

Only if they take Stewart as well. Get both wages off our books.

David Nugent has a £2.5m buy out clause but Forest dont have any money hence why they want so many loans.

Mate, we've been through this, they're rich as ****. Their owner is worth $1.4 billion. They make AA look like Tiny Tim.

You need to do better research. If they had money they would be buying and not loaning.

Plus going after better players than they are doing.

You seem to be forgetting FFP. They can't go all out like Leicester have previously done (hence why the Foxes haven't gone mental either). If they get promoted this year (I fully expect them to) they'll have a ton of cash to splash in the PL.

    <laugh> Utter clueless

You do realise championship clubs who dont have parachute money to back them up cant spend big because of FFP. Both our owners and Forest's are loaded but cant spend big in case we dont get promoted and get hit with hefty fines

I dont see the point in fining a club for spending too much, surely a small fine would mean bugger all to them clubs. It should be point reductions.

I dont imagine they run into the millions and as such, why would a club, who has money to burn give two hoots?

Points deductions is where it would hurt these clubs. Live within your means or else we will issue a punishment which will actually hurt you.

In comparison I bet its like us being fined a tenner!
