Aston Villa are interested in Bernard Mensah and Connor Smith and would offer 1 million plus Hogg for the pair. Would be nice to get Hogg wouldn't it ??
Jonathon Hogg? He's already ours - and, whilst I don't know much about Mensah, I wouldn't like to see Connor Smith go yet anyway. Another couple of years & he'll be worth a lot more than that if he keeps improving as he has done.
Pssst - Bolton. It's an on-going joke that we don't really have Hogg on a full contract. He's been on loan since he came.
Will be watching Bernard tonight in the FA Youth cup. He's a striker, and by his own admission...fab . He's one of my pupils and the one of the most down to earth, lovely, kind and sweet boys you're likely to meet ...as for his football, i'll let you know, but i've a feeling i might be impressed. He had an injury last year which took him out for most of the season so he's a year behind his peer group, but he's on the edge of first team football hopefully
