Steve Cotterill met the local and national media ahead of Saturday's Sky Bet Championship against Nottingham Forest at Ashton Gate. Here's a brief summary of what he had to say...

    - Korey Smith and Liam Moore progressing well in recovery from injury

    - Scott Wagstaff has suffered a setback with his calf injury

    - Cotterill says Wes Burns will benefit immensely from Wales experience

    - City boss says his time in charge of Nottinham Forest was "difficult" but he holds no grudge or hard feelings

    - Cotterill says sacking "hurt" but believes City benefited from the time that followed, which he spent abroad

    - On his landmark 100th game in charge, Cotterill said: "I was surprised when I heard that...time flies."

    - Cotterill acknowledges Forest injuries but adds: "They've got a big enough squad to cope with it."

    - City boss hopes to keep good record in front of the Sky cameras going tomorrow night

FFS - at a 'do' with Mrs R&W tomorrow evening and will miss most of it.
May catch the last few minutes if I can get back to the Steam Railway in time.

we play FRIDAY night but........... so no Korey Liam or Scott

so all the team that started against MKD are fit only "spaces" is Waggers and Elabd not likely to on subs bench ......
so the 2 new recruits initially wont put any body out if they start as subs!

quick edit above seems to indicate Korey and Liam "still recovering" but pre match report says
Korey Smith and Liam Moore could return to the Bristol City squad against Nottingham Forest after injury.

Wagstaff is still injured and wouldn't start even if he wasn't.
    El Abd is at Swindon.

Sorry JGF - I don't understand your comment above.

    sorry ROD..

Article above, that's the starting one posted by Angelic,
seems to state that korey and liam are still recovering from injuries.. ( word progressing intimates/means they are still injured, but getting better....

the pre match report, appears for all games the day before a match on BBC
states they could be returning after injury ... which means they are not now injured?

'Scott Wagstaff has suffered a setback with his calf injury'

What is the point of SC commenting about Wagstaff ?
Other than we still have to pay the useless tw*t for another year.
    Cheers SOD.
