Scored another two today. Great to see the lad doing well. Have we made a mistake letting him go for 600k?

 

Na I don't think we have Parker. He's a good championship player, maybe premier league relegation fighting team at best.

Agree that it's brilliant to see the lad doing well though, always proud to be a Sunderland player and a cracking bloke.

 

I would rather have seen him given a chance to prove himself personally. But I understand the reasons for letting him go

 

After three defeats on the bounce we are a relegation fighting team I fear. The next three games are massive for us, if we dont get atleast 5 points we are in deep doo doo. 600k is nothing in our terms and one Campbell goal coming of the bench would be far more valuable potentially.

 

Strange one, personally I would have kept him till the end of the season.
But don't think the lad showed enough to MON to warrant keeping him.

 

Yet MON saw enough in McFadden to keep him on. Maybe MON needs new glasses.

Another strange one Talc.
Me and a couple of mates were talking about it at the time and were wondering if AJ was carrying an unknown to us injury and McFadden was emergency cover.
The way AJ has played overall we may not have been far out.
As much as I wanted AJ here, he definitely doesn't look 100%.

 

Is someone going to make a thread everytime one of our former players scores a goal?

 

Like I said last week, I'd have liked to have seen him given a chance upfront with Fletch.

Having posted a lot about this in January, letting a goal scorer go in that window for
600 k at that time without another in (graham) at that time dohhhhhh

Sold Campbell and loaned out Wickham, which is more worrying, the latter i would guess.

 

Letting Campbell go is one of many bad mistakes from paddy O'Neill. the man is a joke & I can't wait till he ****s off.

 

Pace is what we lack and Cambell has it, Should of kept him AND given him a new contract..
