The change of formations has changed the teams performances and has certainly changed our form, as soon as Pards converted to a 4-3-3 formation and we look as though we've been accustomed to it from the start of the season.

Do we expect Pardew to make it our permanent formation and possibly add another Winger to compete for a starting berth? Do we expect another high quality midfielder to accompany Cheik and Yohan in the midfield 3?

I personally believe the formation as possibly the main reason we are pushing the a top 3 place right now.

I hope he sticks with it, its been fantastic. I'd say we need another DM. Jonas, although he's done well, doesn't always fill me with confidence, and we'll need to rotate. Marquez possibly?

I don't think we need another winger, we'll have Marv and Obertan back so should be fine. If any are available (someone like Barnetta etc.) I'd defo take them, but its not top priority, that has to be defence.
