Those of you who know me will know that I am confident that we will NOT go down however I feel that there is WAY too much focus on tonight's game. Frankly I am expecting a good battering so if we get anything at all, it will be a massive bonus but whatever the result, we will NOT be relegated tonight. These are our remaining fixtures and somehow, DOESN'T MATTER HOW, we need to try and achieve at least 22 and maybe even 23/24 points to stay up. Crystal Palace V Bristol City Bristol City V Barnsley Blackpool V Bristol City Bristol City V Brighton Bristol City V Middlesbrough Wolves V Bristol City Derby V Bristol City Bristol City V Sheff Wed Burnley V Bristol City Bristol City V Bolton Bristol City V Birmingham Hull V Bristol City Bristol City V Huddersfield Charlton V Bristol City Whilst these are all "cup finals" we need to focus on games that we have a realistic chance of winning and I believe that we MUST beat the following:- Barnsley Wolves Bolton Birmingham Huddersfield Charlton and pick up at least a point against Derby, Burnley, Boro and one other which should be borderline So provided we can do this, it doesn't really matter what happens in the other games because THIS SHOULD BE ENOUGH so it won't really affect things much if we lose tonight.... Got to believe people, got to believe
My sentiments exactly Prem. there are currently doubts over Cunningham and Baldock's fitness. I would rest them for the games we have a good chance of winning, rather than risk ruining them in a game we are likely to get stuffed in. Still hope we win though!
Why, just because we got beaten by a team everyone expected us to lose to...? Get a grip Mike, the games identified are WINNABLE...
I know your'e on my back for being negative and I hope you end up in the right camp because I for one would applaud your total commitment to believing we will stay up. Good night from me.
Three wins out of seven, a team looking more compact is an improvement on what was going on before the Leeds match e.g Leicester at home. Neither train crash or anything to get giddy about.
Expected little from Cardiff - Palace and got exactly that although no drubbings. No signs of collapses before half time no 3's and 4's against so far even the odd clean sheet.
