Forest did fight very well after the stupid sending off and some real questions about Watford's defence, even though Forest weren't able to take advantage. We're still in second, so on to Boro now!
It's looking like GD could decide this. So letting that one goal in vs 10 men might be costly. Anyone know what the goals for/against is for us and Watford? And why they will be ahead of us if we are on equal points?
2-0 up against 10 men and they finish 3-1. If they are shaded on goal difference they could feel sick about not taking better advantage of 10 men.
I'd like to see us start with Hooper, as Jerome hasn't been as clinical lately. Also bring back Johnson and Grabban if he's fit. Keep Wes as a sub!!!
The Forest commentators have just looked back at the leading teams they have faced and decided we're the best of those. Watford's defence is more suspect, they think!
Fulham and Rotherham are drawing 1-1, so both should be safe by the time we face them. EDIT: 1-1 is full time now.
If we do that goals scored would be an issue anyway. We're never going to overturn that with no net gain on goal difference.
more importantly they have one more win than us. Theres no realistic way we can finish above them on equal GD.
