    Looks like we are in for a striker merry go round with Berbatov, Carroll and Van Persie all likely to leave their clubs this week.

    Thank god, it's bloody annoying going through threads to find out they're talking **** that has nothing to do with anything - they want to talk about it, make their own thread not hijack others

    I wonder who the first person will be to suggest we should go for Carroll or Berbatov <laugh>

    I think the meandering nature of threads is brilliant. It makes this board more of a stream of conciousness rather than a **** slinging contest between two groups of people peppered with <doh>

    If it's at the same stage in a few weeks then yes :p I'm just annoyed because I watch Serie A and La Liga games with alarming regularity (always helps to know a lot about the world of football) but whenever I've watched Ligue 1 it's just not a great standard of football. PSG have some really exciting players so I might have to watch them more often but for the most part, I can't really be bothered with the French league :(

    If you've got a lot of free time and a lot of interest in football then yeah, of course it does.

    You can watch almost any game in any league on betting websites, all you need is £1 in your account. Don't even need to bet on the match.

    And if the betting website isn't showing it, then, um, it's the internet.

    I don't think i'm enough of a football fan to watch a game in those circumstances. Kudos. TBF you will never have as much free time as when you are a student, so enjoy it.

    I know, I'm dreading the working life. Uni is great, couple of hours of lectures/tutorials a week, couple of hours of doing the reading a week, then the rest of it doing literally whatever I want.
