How can you hire the best scouts? How do you know who they are?

 

Make sure your scout has good stats tho, or he'll **** it up like mine did before I fired him

 

I always get my assistant to do a report as well after the scout has found a player.

 

Ones with high judging potential and judging ability ratings.

 

Just get ones with good judging ability/potential stuff above all else. Everything else doesn't make a huge difference but if you're sending them off into a country they don't know then high adaptability helps. Also discipline and determination and that are always nice but don't worry too much.

 

Go to the staff search screen and put 'scout' as the staff role. Then click on the bit where it says 'coaching' or 'mental attributes' and then click on the mental ones. It should show judging potential and stuff on all the atributes bit. Click on that one so you can find the ones with the highest ability. Make sure you put filter out unrealitic targets too

 

go to managers name bit 'for example Nigel adkins' then go to search -> staff-> then put in the criteria you want

 

Was a newbie error, was all hyped about getting this amazing youngster and he turned out a pile of ****e. Couldn't even get in my reserves.

 

International management is soooooooooo boring though!

 

I'm still with Saints though

 

When I get good management offers on my saints save I save the game accept the offer and then save it under a new name so I have my saints and my big time careers in tandem. Currently with Man city United Bayern munich and saints and wenger has just retired

 

Yeah I do that to. Had one with Man Utd, Man City, Liverpool and a couple others I think.

 

Unemployment challenge so far:

Droylsden - 2011 to 2012
Crewe - 2012 to 2016 - Three successive promotions (Conference Premier to Championship), including 1 league win and 1 FA Trophy.
Stoke - 2016 to 2019 - Promotion to Premier League through playoffs
Almería - 2019 to present
Cameroon - 2021 to present

Aiming to get my first European qualification this season and hopefully get attention from some big clubs! Personally I find this way more exciting than managing Saints.

 

He got released in my game.

 

in one of my saves kagawa got released by dortmund after 2 seasons i think. arsenal snapped him up on a fee valued at 14m!!

 

This happened on mine aswell, unfortunately he went to Napoli rather than joining the Saints revoulution

What do you think of my new kid?

 

In both my saves Real Madrid released Casillas, Higuain and Di Maria on free transfers. Sold Ronaldo for 25mil to Chelsea, they play the old pletikoski(spelling) Spurs had. They have finished 9th 2 seasons running.

 

Found a really annoying bug in my game

Everytime I put Jordon Henderson and Jay Rodriguez in my England squad, it says they're on international duty all the time but the return always says 26/6/16 even though I am in September 2016.

Anybody suggest anything that may help ?

 

Is there a way you can increase the amount of time try are scouting for??
