Anyone who isn't Southampton, how well do they do/Adkins do? In my other save, when I was Southampton he became England manager, and took them to the semi final of the World Cup and the final of the Euro's.
Rotten, managed few teams, then went to millwall in leauge one and got fired in year and a half, then took charge of bolton who are in a relegation scrap in the championship. Wierd how diffrent our games are
I've resigned as manager of Deportivo after 13 seasons in charge and 4 major trophies, and immediately taken the England job for the second time. I'll give World Cup 2026 a shot, and then hopefully get a job in the Premier League.
Hate it My football manage always decided to crash after a win, I had won the second leg against Bayern Munich 7 nil and it crashed, no jokes either I am pissed off, I better do as well now I have to replay it
I just replayed it and was worried at the start but I was well happy by the end with the score, not as good but not bad, played the end of the game with only 2 at the back and 1 just infront of them and 3 upfront and it worked so well, new formation found when you play a team which is playing bad, 2-1-4-3 Amoah and Torquino were on as subs and look how well they done, Torquinho has been a reserve at the club for 3 years now and has only played 2 cup games before this, never in the champions league but I thought give him a go, wonder why I never play him in the league, Ward is playing so much better.
Bump, I have had a few good games I played my replay in the cup against Charlton and I made sure that I did not rest many players and the team done really well, so happy with them. My back up centre back was class, Chini, I was so happy with his work but he got injured and has been ruled out of my Champions league game which I have the result of. I am starting to feel that I have had a star at the club for 3 years which I have never un earthed, he is so good, he is rated high but not as high as some others but he is so good at getting goals, I gave him his first start in the cup and he gets 2 goals again, before this season he had never played in the league and he had only played 2 games in the cup which was 2 years ago, he went out on loan for a month in January till February come back after getting a good amount of goals, 3 in 4 in the league and 2 in a sub appearance in the cup so I thought give him a go and look how well he has done in the Champions league, these goals mean so much to the club that he is becoming a hero, not sure what to do as he is only a reserve, will he repeat this in the league if I play him a bit, might have to give him a go as I am lacking goals in the league, 3 goals in 3 games in the league 1-0 wins all 3 games so none conceded which is great. I am starting to wonder if I have affected him because by not playing him between the ages of 18 and 21 and him only playing reserve football, no loans out has it affected him, could he have been even better, I will never know but he is an instant hero who cost nothing after he was released.
God i have going on a ridiculous buying spree, Robinhio (free), Rossi (Dont wanna say how much) then a LM for 18 mill... i cant help myself!!
So happy, I was so worried as the goals are not going in at the moment in the league and going upto 83 minutes 0-0 it was getting worrying as I left to 89 minutes in the last game but we also got another late goal, non conceded in the league in 4 games and only 5 goals scored in them games, Niang is not playing that well though which is the main problem, he has not played anything like he did last season. I am now through to the champions league semi Final against Real Madrid, tough ask but I am hopeful that I can do something amazing I am well happy I am in the Final of the FA Cup, I played a very strong side and it paid off, I played my number 1 keeper for once in the cup, normally I play the number 2 and like normal he kept a clean sheet which is what he does nearly all the time.
Bump, I have gone 5 games in the league without conceding, won all 5, 6 wins in a row in the league, coming close to winning the league in the champions league semi final against Real Madrid, I am so happy, we ain't getting to many goals but it is going well. I could have nearly won the premiership after Tottenham drew but I ****ed it up against Bottom place Blackburn, first goal conceded in 6 games, which is sad as I would have evened my record from earlier in the season.
I can't believe what just happened I just beat real Madrid 4-1, a hattrick by a midfielder who I had not been playing who is great as he wants to leave the club and is transfer listed by request which is annoying as I don't know what happened to him, he just went all world class and was waiting to touch the ball all the time and was pouching so much. I just bottled it against Southampton yet again, thought I had it but conceded late on which is not like me, why do I not score many in the league any more, only conceded 21 in 35 which is great.
BUMP, I am in the final of the champions league, one annoying thing is my man of the match is suspended for that game. I have done my amazing challenge, the Premiership is now mine, 2 games to go and I have done it in style, 5-1 win after some bad results, changed the style of attack and the goals are going in, I know I have conceded in 3 league games in a row but it is not bad, 22 league clean sheets this season is amazing.
I am just about to finish 4th for the second season, hopefully. Need to find a player that will take me up that level to challenge for the title and int europe. need to get rid of some of my dead wood.
