Anyone ever signed Michael Bostwick on the new game? I got him first season for £1m as a bit of depth and he's turned out to be really good - 25 games in the Championship (as I said depth, took a while for him to break into the team) at 7.21 average and I've continued to use him in the Prem - first season he had a few injuries but averaged 6.99 from 13 games, this season he's so far played 17 at an average of 7.12 while all my other CBs have been struggling - well worth £1m!
^^ I signed Bostwick, turned out pretty decent for me! I signed him as backup for the Prem, but has overtaken Hooiveld to be 1st choice CB now alongside Fonte with a 7.1 Average rating
if you want a good prem cb, there is a dirt cheap one rotting in man citys reserves called Boyota. Signed for 3-4 mill played one season getting av rating of 7.1-2 getting offers of 13 million from everywhere now. So yea i dont know if i got lucky with him or if he is really good.
I tried to sign Bostwick and missed out on him at the time some clubs were only offering 100k and 200k and I could not afford it as it was when I was in League 2, I think he was sold for 300k to another club but turned out to be a great player, knew he done well.

When did he join you as he was our temporary goal keeper coach last season after he left Crystal Palace, I knew you had him but when did he join, I am not sure if he was still working at ours on a free basis while he was working for you's.
Ok, I think he had left us by then not sure though, he was a great keeper, holds a football league record if I am correct, 30 clean sheets in a season, 95-96, only let in 20 or so goals, such a shame I never got to see him play, he was always a big keeper, they called him big fat Jim.
Still working on the resurrection of Super Depor. In 2020, the debt has been reduced from £100M to £47M and I have been competing regularly in the Europa League. This season I am currently 3rd and looking almost certain to qualify for the Champions League for the first time, I am in the Copa Del Rey final and Europa League semi final. Carlos Fierro is now a club legend, having scored 156 in 228 games for the club. Just about to play the Copa Del Rey final now against Espanyol and hopefully win my first trophy
I've been constantly expanding the stadium since the start of the game, in 2021 now and at a peak of 54,00 capacity. The board has decided to build a stadium after me now at 72,000 capacity, when you are making big money due to champions league/premiership performance when you ask the board to expand it should be more likely that they agree I guess.
I'm a moron so I always spend too much and get my team in financial disrepair, guess any hopes of a big stadium for me are out the window
I'm normally good with my finances. I always get the best deal possible when it comes to contracts. I HATE appearence fees and get rid of them where possible because they are terrible for draining your clubs finances.
