Whats your take? From what i gather

    - If you are 6 million over the transfer limit which is set by your wage balance you must pay another 6 million

    - You must sell players to balance the book?

    - We cannot loan cash fund to our club anymore?

    - Money will be given to all other teams in the championship equally if charged with a penalty, from over spending

Where do you see error and fault in their verdict? Or do you agree with this?

Finally what do you forsee in the future for the livelyhood of football clubs in general? What about the man u's and chelseas?

We can bend the rules through King Power. Stadium sponsorship, shirt sponsorship etc

I thought they were looking to close that loophole after Man City did it?

Edit - I've found this article which briefly sets out what clubs can and cannot do...

    http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/...s-in-citys-163400m-sponsors-deal-2313112.html

Swindon have fallen foul of the rules recently and there is now a transfer embargo in place after a tribunal ordered them to pay compensation for 2 young players immediately, rather than over 2 years that they were expecting (or something like that)

There is an old saying...THE ROAD TO HELL IS PAVED WITH GOOD INTENTIONS.. I think thats where these regulations will end up... Im sure this all seems a good idea but Im sceptical.. to allow the authorities to second guess and try to dictate to 92 idividual businesses is wrong..football authorities track record of running anything is disasterous...Owners invest their money and take the risk...then pen pushers in the FA and football league want to decide how these individual businesses are managed , thats the bottom line..... and thats a joke..All it will do is make these owners even more secretive and more dodgy...proud as said as much..they will find a way around the rules.everybody knows it...clubs finances will get even more complicated and this will lead to more problems..just my opinion..<ok>

I have no doubt that if there was going to be a problem that the owners would have jumped ship a long time ago.

Why cant the powers that be just leave things alone? They will f**k everything up with this.
IMO football was a lot better in the 60's-80's Sky as a lot to answer for by ploughing so much money
into the game, to pay over rated player's inflated wages, which only a few clubs can maintain.
Just would love to have my football at 3pm on a Saturday, with players names that i can pronounce. (rant over)

Problem with FFP is, when team get promoted, most are going to have to spend heavily in order to stay in the prem. So expect alot more yoyoing to be going on once these rules are in place.

NP seems to have got rid of the high earners anyway, and i doubt that any he has bought in are on anywhere near the Beckford (to be sold) and Mills ammounts in wages.

Could this be the reason why there are rumours of Schmeichel moving - he is one of our highest earners...

That will be a huge mistake.

Could easily get a million for him. Either that or he can force his way into the first team.

We should ask him to keep trying till Jan. If he still can't force his way into the first team then he can get transfer listed then.

With him on massive wages no one is going to be interested in paying 1M and then having to match or come close to Danns wage demands

And it appears Nigel has deemed him surplus to requirements for more reasons then one

He'll have to go before then, nobody can hold it in that long, not even David Blaine.

You keep making reference to my wife, do you keep doing it because you think it will irritate me?

    PS - I'm not married.
