    Williams is an ok central defender but not a wing back at all. Round pegs in square holes etc. Not his fault that he has been played out of position.

    Round pegs in round holes also applies to ayling, too risky as a CB but a perfect RB

    Both Flint and Pack had slow starts in the past. Flint was a questionable acquisition when he first arrived in BS3, and Pack didn't get in the side last term until the new year.
    They are slow starters, and need time to adjust to a higher level of football.
    However it seems they are both well worth the wait. Flint in particular has many years ahead of him in the red shirt, and i'm sure he will be a captain one day
