All seems very odd to me they rejected 300,000 according to the Post, BBC, Swindon local paper etc. Then we bid 350,000 which after much haggling seemed to be accepted if we also covered the 70,000 owed on the deal to his former club, now the post is saying its just 300,000 just what is going on? Someone is lying.

Well at least figures are involved, as almost all our comings and goings of recent seasons have been classed as "Undicsclosed"

The amounts are "press speculations". The Club will almost certainly not disclose the actual fee.
Let's wait for next week and see what happens then. Don't count as a done deal until he has signed.

Well after all the stick our board get, They need a pat on the back after this deal. Being told we have to pay 350k plus Alfretons sale on clause. We've obviously told them where to stick that offer, Put 300k on the table and said take it or leave it. Fair play to them. Lets hope after all this he is the guy we've needed for far to long.
