There's always one that ****s it up and posts in the middle of the update... always one that wants the summary before the conclusion has been posted!
Thanks, @FadgewackeR , for taking the time to post that. Unbelievable work from Swiss Ramble, mind, really cuts through it all - love it. Some quick observations: - City have "banked" a lot of coin.......isn't that interesting? - Man U have literally no money, and won't, even after 1st July (unlike us, for example); could be in a lot of trouble in the coming years. - Forest have literally gone to the wire to get where they are, so let's not pretend they're just minnows punching, they're in the same category as us, Villa and Brighton. - Chelsea are out of things to sell to themselves, so will have to fall back in line. - We can spend another £150m+ after July 1st, so this time - unlike last time - if we did qualify for the UCL, I'd expect to see a number of bigger names brought in. Exciting. - With a lot of deals not included, like Adidas, our trajectory will continue to ascend and as our stadium will be entirely funded by the owners, we won't have to dick about with losses like Spurs. All in all, it's clear we're going the right way. All eyes on Howe to get a trophy and back into Europe. HWTL.
Good effort @FadgewackeR Looks mighty close in the summer with the Anderson/Oddyseas swap saving our skin and Forests! Massive 5/6 months coming up - if we can qualify for the CL again and have the room for one or two superstar signings in the summer it could be a really interesting season next year. Hopefully Eddie can keep up his record of finishing the seasons strongly and hope a couple of teams drop off the pace (especially Forest).
COVID impact table from post 176 is a joke https://not606.com/threads/financial-erm-stuff.408044/page-9#post-18090775
If anyone wants me to post the "Newcastle" specific section for any other clubs, I can do so. Maybe in a separate thread.
