So after being an onlooker for quite a while I decided to join up, (made an account before but never got used) I'm only 16 (go easy on me guys) but been a season ticket holder for 10 years now. Always thought about somewhere to voice my opinions on the club, so now I am, I will probably do some match reports (feedback appreciated), I try to get to as many away games as I can but money, A levels etc mean it is limited, also generally a cup half full kinda guy and I know (from experience) that it doesn't always please everyone! (my dad especially!) Anyway, great result on Saturday, even I was thinking doom and gloom after 20 minutes, but our beloved Charlton against all odds go and do that! Stand out performers for me where JJ, Hughes and Kermorgant. I think Hughes could be the answer to our midfield problems, I love his way of playing, he does the simple things, helps to break down play, then makes the simple passes and brings other players into the game, for the first time in a long time he started off a one touch triangle which kicked off one of our attacks and left a few Bolton players stranded. Looking forward to Brighton away, think we could nick a point from them! COYR!
Welcome mate! Pretty much agree with everything you said about Saturday. I think there will be times when the league is a bit too much for Hughes, but his effort and commitment will see him through. I think the same can be said for JJ.
