I'd say this is a slightly above par transfer window. We've replaced our striking options and added new options in the wing back positions. I think we lack another cm option but I'm quite happy all in all. It'll be a tough season and I expect us to finish between 12th and 15th
Say it quietly but that wasn't a bad window for us... A lot of discontent at the start with Rafa, Rondon and Ayoze leaving, lost Diame as well who hasn't been replaced BUT we've kept Longstaff and Hayden who were my main fears of leaving (Matty coming through is an added bonus) - retained Schar and Dubravka despite them being linked away at points, added two younger lads with some potential in ASM and Joel who I'm not banking on to be honest but I'm pretty excited about them, got in 2 full backs on either side and bought Andy C home so we have 4 striking options now. On top of that we've signed a few youth players to bolster the U21s. We've even painted a few walls around the ground and training facilities! With all that said I still won't go to the games or buy the merch until Ashley is gone but I hope whether you go to games or not we give Bruce and the new lads time - underwhelmed with Bruce but could you hand on heart, swear on your mams life you wouldn't take the job if offered? I know I would've kicked my mother down the stairs and out of my way as I raced to sign that contract for the job so don't blame him for taking it.

Typical of Newcastle fans really, never happy. You do business then its not enough. You don't do business then you're a ****. They want deals done early like a proper club, but if we don't sign anyone on deadline day its totally unacceptable. I should be used to it by now with our fans, but it still never ceases to amaze me just how negative they are.
