The Bikeriders Excellent cast in this movie based on a book of pictures from the late 60s early 70s. It tells the story of a bikers club from its beginning to what it went on to be. Tom Hardy acting all Tom Hardy tbh. Think warrior with less fighting and more motorcycles. Austin Butler being all pretty and shìt in a moody sort of a way. Norman Reedus brings a set of gnashers from the walking dead set and Micheal Shannon steals every scene he is in like wot he always does. Jody Comer is the real star of the show though as she narrates the story of manky bikers. All in all a very decent watch. 7.5/10
Kingdom of the planet of the apes. Typically brilliant CGi. Not that great a plot though. Still a good watch. 7/10
Halfway through Conan the Barbarian. Surprised by how many tits and sex scenes there are for the 80s (watching on commute) Just finished jingle all the way with the missus. Not even arnie can save this mess. 5.5/10
After the England match the other night I'd left the tv on BBC and later some film called Gravity with Sandra Bullock came on. What a load of far fetched bollocks it was as well, and it got even worse as it went on until the end, when Bullock crash landed back to Earth without so much as a scratch, sorry but even she couldn't save this mess of a film and to think George Clooney got paid $20M plus royalties, easier to believe in aliens. 3.0 / 10
haha, wanted to put an arnie film on and there wasn't much choice on disney+. Was one i've never seen before
I really enjoyed it, can't imagine it's factually collect but it's visually stunning and just a really good film imo.
ah I see, think it was just too over dramatic for me, they could at least have singe her hair as the capsule came down, or see her get out of it only to be gobbled up by a shark. And the bit where the guy had to remove the rope safety catch so he would plummet to Earth and save her, was just funny because you knew exactly how it was going to play out...it's ok love, I'll be your hero and die for you lol.
Cold Pursuit - Liam Neeson being Liam Neeson , with a bit of a Tarantino edge to it, pretty decent for a film of its kind 7.8/10
