Yeh I binge lol I did the whole 1st series yesterday. On episode 3 of the 2nd series now

I was supposed to write a SEN pupil report today. Had all evening and convinced myself I'll do it later. Think I'll pop episode 4 on

 

So no good films?
You just all watch netflix/amazon etc?

I'm working my way through the Harry Potter films.

 

One day mate, one day.

 

Lol was gonna do that the other day but went for superman films instead.

Good movies **** anyone who says they ain't.

 

Quite enjoy them to be honest. Never read the books though, so not sure how they hold up.

 

No idea, love the films though.

 

So scousers love Harry Potter.

 

The first two are a bit meh.
Goblet of Fire is probably my favourite.

 

Yeh thats when they start getting good and a bit darker.
Goblets the dumbledor vs voldemort in the ministry right?

 

Yeah the first 2 set it up well and are geared towards a younger audience, it's clever how they then change the films as the cast and fan base get older.

As films go, at the time Lord of the Rings trilogy >> Harry Potter

Both the Deathly Hallows films were utter pish btw. Watching them was like pulling teeth.

 

Well yeah they were groundbreaking films.

 

Part 1 was a bit boring. Enjoyed part 2 though.
Lord of The Rings is fantastic. Don’t mind The Hobbit, but nowhere near as good.

 

I watched The Hobbit films recently they are decent but not as good as Lotr.

 

Part of the problem were the sub-plots that were not in the book ... felt a bit like they were just looking for anything to stretch it to 3 films ... in LOTR they had to leave some stuff out ..

 

Yeah I read The Hobbit and it could have been done in 1 film 2 max.
