That's my problem, my other players don't do what I want them to do no matter how I set my tactics up. Used to play co-op but my fifa buddy moved to New Zealand. We were ****ing bang on and smashed anyone we played online. No call to play it now.
Online, half the players just buy the 11 fastest players on the game and just hoof it over the top of your back four so you end up having to sit deep and buy quick defenders who can't ****ing tackle just to keep the pace. One you get upto say division 3 online on FUT you get less of it, so it's ok after a couple of weeks it's just that first bit, it's like preparing yourself to go into a room full of screaming idiot kids.
Aye, We played a wing back at Centreback against those sort of teams, they get **** all. In the meantime they were incapable of winning the ball back of us anyway.
Does anybody still play pro-evo? Fifa, Tiger Woods and F1 are really my limit with 'sports' games, the rest of my collection are all games where I can cause mass destruction.
pro evo never played that ****e stuck with fifa from the start, like the odd cricket game but call of duty and gta are awesome games to have fun with, oh and also answer to your other question i have a xbox 360 but thinking about a ps4
I have a 360 which I play on (usually about an hour a week) and love COD and Battlefield. Anybody recommend any sniper type games? FIFA would bore me senseless unless the players had guns.
Yeah, I had GTA5 on the 360 but got rid of that, I'm on XBone now so will probably buy GTA when it comes out on that in a couple of months. The Xbox One really is going to provide much more value for money after a few more months, with the exclusives, the EA deals etc. I don't believe I've ever played a great sniper game, by default they're repetitive and it rarely gets very hairy on games like that so I don't really buy into them. Titanfall is the best shooter I've played in years, after that, I'd say something openworld like a FarCry game would provide a platform for long range shooting.
People tend to use the term 'repetitive' in games that they just dont like. You can't get more repetitive than sports games, yet people who like them would never say so. In the end, you either like the concept of sniping (patience, choosing your moment, sneaking around, etc.) or not. <start shameless plug> So, yeah, buy http://www.sniperelite3.com/. I worked on it, so you'll keep me in a job! <end shameless plug>
Can't wait for GTA on the One mate, finished it on the 360 but that doesn't matter, it should be incredible on the One. I purposely didn't buy FIFA 14 when I got the One as I'd played it so much on the 360, I've played it PS4 and it is mainly visual, but the new one seems like it's gonna be another level.
That's where we differ then mate, sports games to me are the least repetitive, bearing in mind I play online I'm playing somebody completely different every time. That's akin to saying you don't like football cos every game is the same to me. The job you have is probably way better than mine, and of course I'm envious but there just doesn't seem to be much personality to sniper games for me. I'm an openworld or MMORPG fan though so it could be a great game and I just wouldn't appreciate it. As for the bit in bold, I can get that from Watchdogs, I love that side to games but I also like to get stuck in! GTA is awesome mate, there's a whole load of new content apparently when it gets launched on XB1. I didn't buy Fifa on 360 as I knew I was getting a 'day one' Xbox one, then decided I didn't want Fifa on the day but got to the front of the queue and realised I was getting it for free with my purchase so winner. The visual differences are great but the game is the same really as on the previous gen consoles, the next edition will be worlds apart apparently. I barely get chance to go on it nowadays cos I've just bought a new house, so lots of work going into that at home but I'm about 50% through watchdogs, which is ok, although it feels like a watered down geeky version of GTA at times.
Mines not even plugged in at the minute, I haven't turned it on for at least 6 weeks, and that was to watch a DVD, ha. Will change when FIFA/GTA come around though, I have this lull every year, used to love COD in the same way but it's ****ing ****e now.
Awful game mate, Ghosts was crap, with that daft dog. MW1&2 Were the bollocks then after that they've been a let down, I used to play the maps on line a lot but nowadays I'd prefer Titanfall. Yeah, I was gutted it didn't play all my dodgy DVD's spits them out like some well behaved sugarfree-child that's just been given a wine gum. Don't judge me on my film and entertainment industry ethics... I'm the boss round here you piece of plastic s**t, play the f**ing film!
Haha, Drives me nuts when they won't play shady discs like, always handy to keep an £8 Argos job, they will play anything!
im a pc gamer, I pirated sniper elite the new one think its #3 just to test the first level or so see if its worth buying, I thought it was brilliant, a masterpeice, I was thinking right buying me and my mate a full copy, then came the second mission and it was the worst thing id ever experienced, uninstalled and deleted and it saved me £60 this may or may not be true fifa though, I got to division one on fifa 13 but these days I just play manager mode so the fsct all 20 stadiums are in is fantastic! sick of playing sunderland or hull or palace or west brom or Southampton or villa or stoke or Swansea and playing in the default, ivy park arena going to be brill, only on the ps4/xboxone though
Gotta say mate, SOL, West Ham & Hull were the 3 stadiums that I think look ****ing amazing, they all look great but those 3 were a bit stand out I thought.
Yeah I got a £10 turd from Tesco, left the ****ing remote in Krakow when I took it to watch Breaking Bad, does it have buttons on the front other than power and eject? Does it ****! Have to connect my laptop to my tele by hdmi now to watch a dvd, I quite like tech and gadgets and stuff but I've never invested in a proper DVD player and nowadays it seems a bit pointless.
