We are mentioned in this article about FFP

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/35174477

Pearson barely spent anything in the championship and this isn't to do with our time in the premier league so does this date back to Sven?

Looks like it might be - note that it is the Football League not the Premier League and
if so it includes us buying back the stadium/training ground.

Can see us getting a fine and us fighting it if that is the case - dunno why they have taken so long.

The football league dont have the power the place a transfer embargo on us. They can issue a fine which we dont have to pay but should we choose not to pay and ever return to the championship it will make life very difficult

The premier league have already said they wont support the football league with FFP

In the promotion season we sold Ben Marshall and Jermaine Beckford making around £2.5M. Only players we signed was Zoumano Bakoyogo (Free) Ignasi Miquel (loan) Dean Hammond (£400K) Gary Taylor-Fletcher (Free) Marcin Wasilewski (free) Riyad Mahrez (£400K) Kevin Phillips (free)

I cant see our spending to be too high. Towards the end of the season we had half the squad's contracts about to expire

I dont think there will be any major repercussions for us
