I'm not justifying any of it, just stating that all SAF said was the high fees paid, but was it not SAF and United who went to 30 million for Moura? If we want to take Rooney out of it as he at least had prem experience and some international experience as well? Please don't remind me of how much we paid for Carroll, it really does make me a bit sick.
What's funny is that Fungus and his crew of ass lickers can't see the hypocrisy....after all your shower were only too happy when you had more dough than everyone else to splash about....but now the boots on the other foot guess what....the Fergie tears appear classic
Good try but still wrong. See Rooney played for Everton, thats in England btw. He was vastly more talented at that age than Moura is, especially in terms of the PL. He was closer to what Neymar is currently. So when buying a young player from a club in the same league there tends to be a higher price. This is due to a few things, squad quotas, the fact you are selling to a club in the same league etc. Whether its right or not United, Liverpool, Chelsea and the rest have all payed a premium for buying young english players. Dont worry, you will get it, eventually.
Whats everyones opinions on agents fees btw... £6million for hazards agent to do **** all £9million for mouras to do **** all. these come into play in terms of the fees aswell, rest assured we paid nowhere near that for Rooneys agent. So tell me, are they really the same?
Anyone who refers to any United player, manager or indeed the club itself in a childish manner has already lost the argument. Keep trying, its about to all fall into place for you, I can sense it.

I don't feel like it, but if you go through back to I think January or something like that whenever Aguero was bought there was a big discussion on here about how much Aguero, in the long run, would acutally cost us compared to Carroll. Even taking the 35 mil into account Aguero with the salaries, agent fees, bonuses, etc would have cost another 30 mil or something like that. We get it UIR, but I think all SAF talked about was the high transfer fee. Which he went to 30 mil to get Moura so it is a bit funny that he quickly forgot how much he was willing to pay for said player.
Thing is many dont get it, yes we were willing to pay a hefty sum, £20million or so. Around half of what hes gone for. It would of been paid off over a period of time as thats how we operate, especially with young players. Playing well for your current club is no way a guarantee you will do well at United. £20million for 19 year old brazilian while still high allowing for all the risks ( there isnt a united fan alive who thought it was a low price, check some of the united forums, we were all going mad at the £20million price ) is not even on the same wavelength as £35million for the same player.
Oh and we were going to pay him £30k a week, again high but a fraction of what PSG are paying him. money talks, much louder than football thesedays. Sad.

If clubs are willing to do it properly top class players can be found for half the price some nobodies go for these days. Hazard and Kagawa...... the better player went for the lower price. More proven and established yet cheaper and the age difference isnt massive. Carroll and Cisse/ba/tiote....... 3 players for the price of one basically, with money left over for a crate of bud. Panic and a sense of proving to the world you are a big club send fees sky high these days. Add in agents fees and some of the wages and we have some 100million euro transfers for teenagers. ****ing mental!
The Wisdom of Sir Alex...: "I don't mind when a Man United player assaults a supporter with a flying kung fu kick or a Man United player assaults a fellow player in revenge, ending his career, or a Man United player misses a drug test and receives a nine month ban, or a Man United player cheats on his wife with elderly prostitutes, or a Man United player has a five year affair with his borther's wife... That's all insignificant to the real disgrace of Liverpool's Suarez not shaking hands with Evra - it's outrageous, Liverpool should sell him." Hypocritical old scrotum.
pretty sure he minded in all those instances. Cant imagine he enjoyed losing 2 very important players for 8 months. But you know, dont let the truth get in the way of an anti united rant...... which is exactly what this thread was.
Number one and the one all clubs currently aspire to emulate in english football? Yeh, we know already, give it a rest
But it is ok to pay RVP £210,000k per week right. man u fans just as hypocritical as there manager. he has brain washed you all.
Do you think I should have posted it on Utd board too? At least Swarbs and KingEric would have a decent go at trying to defend their clubs hypocrisy. Unlike UIR.
RVP, as in one of the best players in the world. Come on Liverpool fans, you really are not this thick, no matter how much you are trying to convince the world other wise.
