It never happened, PMK. He saw contact every time Ronaldo went down. I believe he complained to the head of the referee's, at the time, saying the ref's were targeting Ronaldo because of his reputation. Sounds almost ... familiar? I never said hypocrite, BTW ...

Nani doesn't dive! He's just a puss who over exaggerates everything. (Just as bad as diving IMO, concept is to the fool the ref which is the same as diving). Ronaldo dove in his early days, but as he bulked up and reached his prime he was fouled A LOT, and went down easily to take advantage of how targeted he was by opposing teams. And there's no defense for Welbeck or Young, it's just pathetic really.
Yeh jonny foreigner said english refs are biased and have the view point that foreigners are more likely to dive. I cant say I agree, I have never seen a foreign player dive, simulated falling however
His rants would carry more weight if he included his own players past or present when hes spouting off,
1, because the rest of them don't get involved in every other clubs affairs on a daily basis, it's often an excuse that he only answers the questions thrown at him. And that's bs because he chooses who's allowed in his press conferences and those that are allowed to ask questions and he chooses the questions.
This is the idea, but I've never understood why refs swallow it. If you're nudged or even have your shirt pulled, that doesn't make your legs give way underneath you. You don't roll around clutching your face if you've been kicked in the shin. Players act like a bunch of fairies in order to gain advantage, obviously-but I just don't know why refs are taken in so often.

Pretty simple when you think about. Players are payed shed loads of money to win, and they'll do whatever it takes. Even if it jeopardizes the integrity of the game. Sad but true.
