It will be good to have him back on board for this season, as I do think that the Championship is just about his level at the moment.
Well, lets not forget the flashes he showed in our 2011/12 season. He can play in the premier league but I think he is the sort of fellow who needs a stable team around him and good vibes. I.e. he isn't the most confident player yet but let him grow, which he may well do under the adoration of qpr fans.
Great news...should have kept faith in him after his injury and nursed him back to full fitness...I remember a Spanish club doing that with a certain Mr Messi....think he paid them back. Not saying he is that good, but messi has said he will always play for barca & the shirt, never money....total dedication and desire to do the best for those who loked after him....Gotta wonder what would have happened if we had tried the same thing Always rated Ali as a good player and one for the futue for us. I don't see him going anywhere else by choice either..! Over to HR I guess. if he sells Adel & Ali he may as well give up !
I'm reading 'The Gaffer' on holiday at present. Mixed feelings of happy nostalgia and sadness so far but interested to read that Sir Neil wanted to build the team around Ale. Not surprising and I am glad he is coming back.
