Fantastic goal today by Faurlin, goal of the match for me! It's nice to be able to have goal of the match competitions isn't it? ;) Are we agreed Faurlin's was the pick of the bunch?

I've thought throughout this season that Faurlin should be scoring more goals from exactly that short of position. He was so unlucky with that free kick a few games back which hit the post! (Coventry I think?) He's got a good placed shot and I hope to see him scoring a few more of those in the Premiership!!

The build up play the superb passing and movement, in my opinion Routledges 2nd was a better all round goal.
Taking nothing away from Ali though both goals were superb.
Watched them about 20 times each when I got home, thanks Sky HD

Great goals both to be fair, I also thought Adels delivery was excellent last night, maybe the normal tricks didn't come off but his dead ball delivery at corners was excellent.

It was a great game last night with a superb result. This "final 5 game" package is money well spent!!

I'm voting for Routledge's second. I prefer a goal scored from a flowing team move, fantastic as Ali's goal was for many reasons. By the way, the camera work got a bit shaky after the goal - this needs to be worked on.

I thought is was a great all round performance Fraulin, Smith & Orr 10/10 I also thought Helguson played brilliantly loads of deft touches and nearly a hat trick of assists with Routledge should not go unnoticed. All round great performance.

I thought Ali was outstanding last night and for me he was M.O.M. So assured and for a silky creative south american midfielder, boy dont he defend well.......?

I only caught the second half Favattack, but yes, he was the best man out on the pitch. I think he'll step up to the Premiership more easily than AT!

Everyone played their part last night, that's what pleased me most. Everyone knew their job and did it perfectly. A great understanding amoungst the team resulting in some lovely flowing football. Faulin sensational, Derry everywhere, Orr - best I've seen him play, one size immense, helguson springy, smith and routledge on top form. We are so much more than a one man team. Great result but an even better performance. Loved it.

    You RRRRRs

Faurlin's strike for me. He was outstanding last night. Now let's wait & see how long it takes for him to be linked with about 50 "top" clubs!

I agree Woody. For me this fluid understanding is the result of a consistent team and a manager that has lasted more than 6 months. I can help thinking though that in the prem, with more space, Ali could be our best player by far.

Faurlin got bags of space last night and took full advantage. I agree he is the type of player that looks like he will fit right in among the elite although many will tell you that the illusion of space is created by the skill of the top players rather than radically different tactics. One thing is for sure... we shall see!

Ali's tackling was awesome, seemed he was all the the pitch gaining possession.
